You can request deletion of your KuDesk account and associated server-side data at any time.
How to request deletion
Send an email from the address linked to your KuDesk account and use the subject line “KuDesk account deletion request”.

- Authentication details associated with that account.
- AI usage records linked to that account.
What may remain on your device
KuDesk stores client records locally on your device. Server-side deletion does not remove local app data, exported backups, or files you saved outside KuDesk. You can delete local data by removing it from the app or uninstalling the app from your device.
Requests are reviewed manually and are normally completed within 7
business days after account ownership is confirmed.
