KuDesk is a client tracking app with optional AI-powered follow-up assistance. This policy explains what information KuDesk handles and how it is used.
Information you provide
- Account information such as name, email address, phone number, and country when you sign in.
- Client records, notes, reminders, finance reminders, and follow-up history that you save in the app.
- Chat text or screenshots you choose to submit for AI follow-up assistance.
How information is used
- To provide client tracking, reminders, follow-up history, and app features.
- To process AI requests and return summaries, suggested statuses, notes, reminder timing, and message drafts.
- To track AI usage limits for signed-in accounts.
- To support account, security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention needs.
Local data and backups
KuDesk is designed to keep client management simple and practical. Some app data may be stored locally on your device, and backups or exported files may remain wherever you save them. You control those local copies.
AI processing
When you use AI features, the text or screenshots you submit are sent to the KuDesk backend so the AI assistant can generate the result. You review the result before saving or sending anything.
Data sharing
KuDesk does not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by service providers required to operate the app, including hosting, authentication, database, and AI processing providers.
Account deletion
You can request deletion of your KuDesk account and associated server-side data from the account deletion page.
