How KuDesk handles account details, client records, cloud backup, and optional AI follow-up requests.

Last updated: August 3, 2026

KuDesk is a client tracking app with optional AI-powered follow-up assistance. This policy explains what information KuDesk handles and how it is used.

Information you provide

How information is used

Local data and backups

You can use basic client tracking without an account, in which case client records remain on your device unless you export a backup. When you sign in and cloud backup is enabled, KuDesk sends client records, notes, follow-up history, and finance reminders to the KuDesk server so they can be backed up, restored, and synchronized across your signed-in devices. Local edits remain available offline.

AI processing

When you use AI features, the text or screenshots you submit are sent to the KuDesk backend so the AI assistant can generate the result. You review the result before saving or sending anything.

Data sharing

KuDesk does not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by service providers required to operate the app, including hosting, authentication, database, and AI processing providers.

Security and retention

KuDesk uses HTTPS, account authentication, and access controls that separate each user's synchronized records. Server-side account and synchronized data are retained while the account is active or as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Account deletion

You can request deletion of your KuDesk account and associated server-side data from the account deletion page.
